So you've booked your Disney vacation!? Awesome!
Now the fun begins! Disney trips need to be organized and planed- but not overly so! If you're staying on-site Disney - you get some extra special timeline perks!
180 Days Before
You can schedule Dining Reservations! It's a good thing to get those done early so you wont have to fight for a reservation. Do some research online, Disneys website, or Pinterest to find out which restaurants you'd like to visit and their menu.
Then you can book through you MyDisney profile!
60 Days Before
You can schedule your FastPass reservations! Now you'll need to have a layout of your vacation by knowing which park you are going to which day so you can schedule the reservations. Don't worry you can modify them if the need arises - like changing park dates due to weather!
60 Days Before
You can also check in online 60 days before the start of your trip. This is a good time to make any requests or upgrades as they'll have time to sort them out.
45 Days Before
Final payment is due for your trip! Get it out of the way so you can save the rest for the trips itself (aka Disney food)
Personally, I like being able to schedule things in advance, it leaves me feeling less stressed. But word of the wise - don't over schedule - let yourself have fun.Disney is supposed to be fun and stress free. So take care of what needs to be taken care of and spend the rest of the trip doing exactly what you want to do - have fun!
